The servers are really fast

What are the best aspects of this product?

I switched from my host to Hostwinds about nine months ago on my friend's advice and I am entirely satisfied since then. Perfectly adapted to my skills in web-things: close to zero. Servers are fast, heaps of spare processing power, database queries happen very quickly. I am getting excellent page load times compared to the previous host which is why I switched.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
