What are the best aspects of this product?

I was looking for a time-tested web host which is at least 5 years in the hosting industry and finally chose Hostwinds host over 8 months ago. Servers are also faster than one would expect for shared hosting, much faster than some other hosts I've used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't imagine being happier with a hosting service.
