What are the best aspects of this product?

I've never had a bad day with Hostwind web hosting. If I ever encounter a problem with my services I always receive a fast, accurate response! The difference between them is the technical support. I have had all of my emails answered within 15 minutes and received outstanding service and support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
