What are the best aspects of this product?

The support is incredible, they are available 24 hours. The site will sometimes be down for a few minutes (once in 3 months or so), but that is common. Hostwinds is a nice web host! Their support is professional, communicative, and quite fast. I always get support via email within a couple of hours, and I rarely experience downtime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The performance gain is 4 times faster read and 2 times better write speed.
