What are the best aspects of this product?

I used to be with another web host and they charged about 3 times more and had less than 20% of the features these guys currently have. When we were using cPanel based email services, one of my friends referred us to Hostwinds. The control panel makes it very easy to navigate everything for someone who doesn't know too much about the intricate workings of web hosts and servers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I found any issues they solved quickly.
