What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been using Hostwinds for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that they offer the best service, hands down, that I’ve ever experienced. There really isn’t anything not to like.
The price is right, the customer service is lightning fast and they actually have people that know what they’re talking about. They are worth trying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren't any problems.
