What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is great! The support guys are very cool and fast! Some of my sites are Opencart, so database speed is important. Best support ever! They'll help you with anything be it Scripts, Billing, or the server itself. I really love HostWinds easy-to-use control panel. Really nice hosting solution for running e-shops.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've never had a dedicated server hosting plan before.
