What are the best aspects of this product?

Yesterday I called in regard to my blog and was helped by a customer support representative. It was a great help, and their techs spent lots of time explaining in very clear language. Plus if he didn’t know the answer, he checked with her supervisor and took a lot of time making sure I understood. I wish more support representatives would be like Michael.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot complain, I am impressed by the professionalism Hostwinds to have shown me and the features that are constantly being improved.
