What are the best aspects of this product?

Just a quick note. Hostwinds advanced support team is always approachable and looks for the best ways to solve my problems. That said, I have to say Will has always stood out as the best of the best. He is always upbeat and solutions-oriented. He never throws up his hands and says he can’t solve it. And he does it all with a charm and courtesy I find refreshing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
