Recommended! I'm amazed at the level of service that they provide given the price they charge. I feel Hostwinds prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth and other resources you get. Their support is really worth it. Uptime is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing bad, their promise (99.9% uptime guarantee) is correct.
