Uptime is high enough!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Uptime is high enough (no downtime noticed). These guys make me happy so far! When I contacted Hostwinds provider, their support was patient and explained what I would receive. I have also opened many tickets for various Issues, every ticket they responded in a reasonable time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only positive points.
