What are the best aspects of this product?

All I can say that I am happy running one of my sites with Hostwinds hosting. I have been using their SSD hosting services for 5 months and can say that it is much faster than regular hosting. Uptime has been great for me, everything works like a clock and my site is 24/7 accessible to my visitors around the whole globe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing bad about the service.
