What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds is a breath of fresh air compared to my previous hosting company. I host over 10 different sites and am moving them all to Hostwinds. Besides the ease of using their hosting dashboard, speed and security, their customer support is very fast and easily accessible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Have never faced any problems.
