What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of Hostwinds support techs are of very high quality. I never feel I'm being outsourced to India for support. Anytime there has been an issue, they are super responsive. I like that they are also proactive about virus infections if they happen. They don't let your whole server get hacked like other economy hosts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It looks to be a good host.
