One of the best things about Hostwinds hosting is the impressive, fast, and very professional guaranteed 24/7 support, within one hour, guaranteed - I have never waited for more than 10 minutes for a response. This is true!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host.
