What are the best aspects of this product?

Please note Hostwinds support restored my crashed site this morning (shortly after my posting comments) without any explanation for its 2 day demise. Although, it took 2 days, numerous pleas and about 5 different Gurus corresponding … it is with great relief I am able to report this event.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
