What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm okay with Hostwinds shared hosting plan. I have been using this web hosting provider for more than 5 months and I haven't had any trouble. I get what I need and pay in time. That is the key to success! In my opinion, they are a great provider and that is worth to be recommended. Fast, reliable, and friendly staff. Well designed with fantastic performance servers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Affordable prices. I do not believe I need more.
