We do believe their Customer Support is the best in the IT business. We have 6 customer servers with them and rarely we experience downtime. In case we encounter some issues, we can easily access their support team and get help and the issues are explained and solved in a efficient manner. Efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We get the best support available and our customers are happy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
