What are the best aspects of this product?

I would like to commend the excellent and patient support that Hostwinds staff has given. I called in on 9th June when I was having some problems with my email on Outlook. It took quite a lot of patience to help me as each of them has to pass on to the next to stay with me until late evening when Tom needs to go off from his shift and for Michael to continue on the next day. Also for their quick reply and proactiveness to a query I had over a suspicious mail which could have caused the problem I experienced.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Kudos to an excellent team.
