What are the best aspects of this product?

I call for support frequently and never wait for more than 2 minutes until I talk with someone. I would like to thank Hostwinds and also the customer service who helped facilitated my calls today to request assistance. Would like to highlight the patience & technical know-how by Hostwinds and the step by step assistance to solve the issue I was facing.
