What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been a Hostwinds'customer for over ten years. I love the reliability, which is superb, but what I'm writing about today is the service. I have had so many great interactions with the support team, who are proactive and fix my problems BEFORE they call me back, then call back to explain how they fixed it. You can't beat that. I love it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are neither glitches, nor outages using their services.
