What are the best aspects of this product?

The support I get from Hostwinds is usually the best in the business, but this time you folks went above and beyond. I wanted to learn to use something more complex. Like a toddler, I wanted to do it myself! The tech not only helped me, but took the time to teach me so that I now feel confident enough in my abilities that I can take on new areas of my business that I was afraid to touch before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems at all.
