Every time I have an issue (i have a lot, new developer) I run right over to the proceed to chat button and ask a live operator my question. I never have to wait more than a minute (maybe once or twice, but I hit these techs up like every day for help) and there is always someone with a picture and name who I am talking with immediately. tell them the prob, within 5 minutes they've easily described how to fix it, or often they just fix it themselves. As a developer just getting back into the field after a 5 year break, i am grateful every day that i chose JaguarPC. maybe there's better out there. I haven't seen any yet though.

Great company and great customer service. I have moved several of the websites I work on to JaguarPC and plan to move a couple more over! Have tried bluehost and godaddy earlier. JaguarPC is the best hosting with dedicated/super helpful support team. Wonderful service. Thank you JaguarPC. I'm a big fan of JaguarPC. Especially when you compare with my previous provider. They have tons of tools for joomla and wordpress developers, as well as superb tech support. I would recommend to anyone.

JaguarPC handled our site migration admirably. It was a breeze on our end. Choose JaguarPC if you are changing hosts and would like some help doing so. Amazingly helpful from the start of sales through migration support. I had to leave a review now in case others of thinking of moving hosts. I've never seen this kind of hands off migration go this smoothly. Nothing to stress over at all. Might be the best service feature and support I've ever seen on the web for anything. They know what they are doing. We are happy campers now.

PROS: I was a customer of JaguarPC for a few years. Compared to other hosting services they do offer a very competitive and reasonable cost for shared web hosting. They offer a variety of services that can be added to your hosting too. They’ve been around for some time and are a legitimate company.
CONS: The main reason I left their host services was because of their poor server up time and their lack of helpful technical support. Even their management and regular customer support wasn’t helpful either. When things are running, they are happy to reply but when the hosting servers go down then that’s another story. It happened frequently enough that the servers would have issues and I would be the one that would contact technical support and let them know that their services were down. When an outage occurred, I never once received a notification that they were aware of the issue and working on the problem. I was usually the first to contact them even though they claim to monitor the servers 24hrs a day. I was lucky if an outage occurred during regular business hours. I could usually get someone on the phone and make them aware of the issue and it would get resolved within a few hours. Afterhours and weekends were a whole other story. I assume they use some 3rd party service that is worthless. If an outage occurred afterhours no one ever picked up the phone and I couldn’t leave a message. Sometimes their online chat would work otherwise I usually had to submit a support ticket a hope someone would respond. They never met their SLAs for getting back to me on high severity issues. Their afterhours support can’t handle any major issues. During a holiday weekend the server had issues from Friday until Tuesday when their regular support was in the office. No one from their afterhours support was able to resolve the issues and they wouldn’t escalate to the on-call engineers. If the standard server restart didn’t resolve the issue then it would continue to have problems until the next business day. Also, any time an issue occurred over the weekend I knew I wouldn’t get support and would have to deal with the issue until the following business days. I brought up my concerns to their management but like their support I didn’t get a response as it seems they didn’t care about my business. That said, if you need a reliable site then I would strongly suggest to use a different hosting company. They don’t live up to their guaranteed update time and unfortunately their technical support and customer service is way below par.
