What are the best aspects of this product?

My dedicated server at KVChosting is fantastic, the support is equally as good. Response times are, to be frank, almost impossible, they answer within minutes to any query! I can't knock them, well done KVChosting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want to say that their uptime can be higher. But overall it's good enough to have a deal with.
