What are the best aspects of this product?

Their customer service and support is great and troubleshooting. They assisted me through all the difficulties I had in transferring my website from another server. I felt understood and supported. They are perfectly well for me. Two thumbs up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Would like to have services from them cheaper.
