Customer service unseless, slow server, bad quality of services and technologies

if you want nothing... well you're done ! Just stay away from this society !

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I always give priority to french society, but this one is terrible !

A quite obscur online selling interface with many technical details that are useless and not explained for the lambda people.

A customer service impossible to join by phone and useless by mail : they did not even really read my response and send me three times the same answer with a "solution". I fix yself the technical problem that as nothing to do with the issue their "detect".

They always point the customer as guilty of the troubles enncountered without triyng to help him !
