What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing really. This company offers services, but do not maintain the ITIL standards. Some people might say they are a handoff company, however their communication to customer is most peculiar.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is not existent. If you have a business relying on their services you can pay for a more "premium" support, and even than you are not certain of proper support. Of course you read the bad stories on the net, however seeing multiple rating sites having a very poor rating for OVH, judges by thousands of customers, it does conform the stories more and more.
As being a customer myself with this company, I have had my fair share of easy to solve issues that seems to be very hard for this company.
Needed to tell them what the issue was.
