PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their email system works most of the time. Their control page works (but is poorly documented).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. Customer support is a joke. The people who work there seem to churn out responses that are both late and also uninformative.
2. They drop inbound email son the floor (rather than delivering them to a Spam folder) and they do NOT inform you when they have done. I have had many many emails that I did want delivered dropped in such a manner. When pressed for reasons why they do this, they wave their hands and announce it's for "security"; oddly, I have taken to having emails sent both through Westhost and Google...and Google delivers those emails without any security repercussions.
