Great tool for improving productivity within an organization

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool allows us to touch base of the leadership on a weekly basis. We all know how the problems that are not confronted or the information that is not shared can kill the culture within an organization. Thankfully, 15Five helps us to manage all the problems within the organization and to better manage our team. We are able to recognize our most productive employees and to find out what the problem is when some things are not done appropriately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found anything that I might dislike about this tool, it is simple, clear and it does the job. We have asked for some features and they have implemented lot of features that meet all our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve the leadership within the team, to keep track of employee’ progress, we are able to better recognize any voice problems, concerns or even critical info. This tool helps us to better motivate our employees so they can be more focused on their work.
