Pros: Finally, we have found a solution that helps us to better manage our team members and to improve the communication between management department and other employees. We perform monthly meetings, we use it to prepare for the upcoming meetings thanks to the weekly reports. This is extremely helpful tool for both our leaders and team members. Our employees don’t feel the pressure to complete the report and they can always use 15Five in order to share something important.

Cons: There is no easy method of rolling up weekly input into annual report so we can facilitate the annual review process. Also, one of our manager added undesired company-wide questions to 15Five reports and the whole staff didn’t expect those types of questions fortunately we managed to remove them. But this is really something that we need to keep an eye on.

Pros: This software provides cross communication between departments and projects and it helps us to be on the top of everything that happens and it allows us to keep track of the performances and to be more focused on both our individual and team goals. We are able to be more organized and to accomplish even more. We can create meetings, talk about travels and projects. This tool provides us with the insight of all current and future issues and it is extremely helpful because we are able to act quickly before those issues occur.

Cons: I don’t like its frequent reminders for fulfilling reports weekly. Also, there is no ability to upload pictures or screenshots and this means that we found hard to describe issues or accomplishments.
