What are the best aspects of this product?

Finally, we have found a solution that helps us to better manage our team members and to improve the communication between management department and other employees. We perform monthly meetings, we use it to prepare for the upcoming meetings thanks to the weekly reports. This is extremely helpful tool for both our leaders and team members. Our employees don’t feel the pressure to complete the report and they can always use 15Five in order to share something important.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no easy method of rolling up weekly input into annual report so we can facilitate the annual review process. Also, one of our manager added undesired company-wide questions to 15Five reports and the whole staff didn’t expect those types of questions fortunately we managed to remove them. But this is really something that we need to keep an eye on.

This tool helps us to solve weekly problems, one-to-one interaction and employee-to-manager communication. Some of the benefits we have experienced are the frequent communications and saving lot of time.
