What are the best aspects of this product?

As an employee I like that I’m able to speak about my concerns, to attend meetings, to follow up upcoming tasks and to solve various problems within our company. This HR management software requires 15minutes to fill out the report on a weekly basis and it require sonly 5 minutes for the manager to review the reports. This is easy to use solution with great interface. I like that they have incorporated social media-like attributes like tagging people, liking comments. This tool allows you to customize the questions you want to ask.

It helps us to improve the communication and to talk openly about any problem or concerns. It’s much easier when you write about problems instead of speaking face-to-face. This is helpful platform for speaking about anything that happens within the organization.
