What are the best aspects of this product?

This software provides cross communication between departments and projects and it helps us to be on the top of everything that happens and it allows us to keep track of the performances and to be more focused on both our individual and team goals. We are able to be more organized and to accomplish even more. We can create meetings, talk about travels and projects. This tool provides us with the insight of all current and future issues and it is extremely helpful because we are able to act quickly before those issues occur.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like its frequent reminders for fulfilling reports weekly. Also, there is no ability to upload pictures or screenshots and this means that we found hard to describe issues or accomplishments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep our departments more organize, to assign tasks, to keep track of everyone’s performance and to share upcoming tasks.
