What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most about it is its customer support service, because they are always open to suggestions and opinions. They helped us to set our platform accordingly and I can use from its templates instead of creating new ones. There are great templates for Contact/Quotes/Contracts/Invoices/Emails/Lead Capture Forms and PayPay integration. Before using this tool we used to manage our business processes manually, and this was contra-productive and time consuming.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have dislikes about this platform, because the support team always listens our opinion and suggestions.

It saves me lot of time, it helps me to be more organized and to provide professional service to my customers so I can help them with their projects. It makes my business more professional and reliable.
