Their customer support is fantastic.It is very user-friendly. It doesn't appear complex, but it can do powerful things.
We got the tool customized as per our need.It's pretty simple to get your head around, they don't spam you with updates and random promotions.
Very intuitive and logically built. I'm the administrator for my company and me almost never have to spend a lot of time to figure out how to do things. This product really fits the needs of salespeople/business developers and without getting overcomplicated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing as such problematic, he has access to their Helpdesk team, who resolve the queries asap.

I need the distributor management solution within this.
