What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a simple tool, user adaption rate is pretty high.
We needed something simple: a sales force automation that let us keep track of stocks, our order , attendance of sales people. 1Channel does that and does it well.
The UI was initially more approachable for newer teammates that hadn't worked in a SFA before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some features that I am looking forward like Distributor Management.

Just the Distributor Management
