What are the best aspects of this product?
We decided to move from manual tracking to automation. There are so many options that confused us but then we reached out to Channelplay.
Adoption of the product was so smooth, it was done within 2 weeks. Since I have two sales team, one based out of India and another one in London, I have all the information of my sales team in the automated report. My job is sorted with this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really cannot find anything wrong with this tool so far.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I am waiting for the new features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The tracking problem of sales team is totally solved now, I feel blessed having such great technology solution with BI integrated reports.
