A great time-saving tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am working as a schedule manager and after using this software, I am able to save so much time when it comes to scheduling. It does perform well as promised. It is also very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the app glitches. On the good side, their support team is always responsive. Whenever I encounter errors in the app, the team never fails to fix them. They are also willing to receive feedback and add the suggested features or make the suggested changes when they see them fit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest perk of using this software is the ability to save time. Creating schedules has become way easier than before, thanks to the templates. All I have to do is drag and drop staff’s names into shifts. Also, we are able to solve the issue of requesting employees’ time off. Requesting and approving time off has now become easier. We can also track who is taking their time off and the number of times they had it.
