Takes the burden off of me. I absolutely love this tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Navigating this tool is such a joy. It has such a fun yet functional environment. The layout has obviously been thoroughly vetted—from color coding of sections all the way to its menu bars.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m not sure if this is due to the system updates implemented or if these are simply intermittent glitches, but sometimes I lose some of my opened tabs when using this tool. Other than this issue, all is smooth-sailing with 7shifts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trust me, handling staff scheduling in large volumes is a very daunting task. But with 7shifts helping me out, everything is now more streamlined and a lot less stressful for me. Best of all, everything is now transparent. My staff can see the shifts that they have to cover, as well as those that are still up for grabs.
