What are the best aspects of this product?
The product is very versatile. We use 8x8 instead of Webex to video stream conference calls and we route the 800 lines of our call center through this app. I give 8x8 full marks for ease of use and connectivity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only glitch is with the call forwarding feature. When you forward a call, the call will ring on the number you forward it to, as well as on the base phone. Hope the vendor rectifies this drawback soon.

8x8 offers multiple features for which we were previously using different systems. It provides phone, network, chat, and meeting capabilities in a single system which we can use for multiple business purposes.
