What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that fact that 8x8 allows me to use my work phone instead of my mobile phone when I am working away from the office. I am client-facing and 8x8 helps me keep my personal number private.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints at all as 8x8 fulfills all my business requirements. I simply need to use good quality headphones to get nice voice quality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned earlier, 8x8 makes it easy for me to work remotely. Another feature I appreciate is getting email notification about voicemail. This feature is helpful when I’m traveling and can access only my work email on my mobile phone.
