What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that 8x8 is simple to use. You can make use of plenty of fun call features to have fun in the office. One of them is the feature that allows me to message my colleagues to keep in touch. I am learning something new about the product every day which is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only issue I have is with the call quality. Many of my customers have said that I sound like I am talking from inside a well. My colleagues also have the same problem with the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

8x8 is a big improvement over our previous app for managing inbound calls. The system is simple to set up and use. Plus, it offers helpful call features.
