PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

8x8 offers a flexible system at an affordable cost. I am able to customize the app according to my changing needs. I can also customize setup requirements when needed. Once you open an account and get your physical phone, you can use it from any place that has stable internet connection.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app could be improved as it does not offer good audio quality. The voice sounds as if it is coming from a tunnel. This issue is with the mobile app only and the phones function very well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use 8x8 for our distributed workforce in multiple states. I like that it is easy to set up customized menus from the setup screen, multi phone ringing, and call routing.
