What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part about 8x8 is seamless integration. I can use my iPhone from anywhere in the world to access visual voicemail, call log, and the extensions of my team members. Plus, I can make Wi-Fi calls from anywhere in the globe and it will show up as my office number.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vendor could offer more visual and detailed instructions to help users use the app effectively. We need the instructions especially for the web meeting and call forwarding services.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of our team members are on the go and in the field most of the time. They use 8x8 to call our office and stay in touch with us from anywhere. Though we are a small startup, 8x8 makes us appear larger and more resourceful to our customers.
