What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many features that I like. The reporting feature helps me monitor my staff and ensure they use their time productively. The software lets me access everything from my laptop or phone. The system is easy to use and I can stay connected even on the go. Finally, the customer support is excellent and the agents answer even my silly questions with professionalism.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I have been using 8x8 for more than four years now and have not faced any issues thus far with the solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Lack of professional communication is a big issue in many companies especially when they have mobile employees. 8X8 has a user-friendly design and it helps our mobile employees stay connected and updated anywhere, all the time.
