What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part about 8x8 is our sales rep who provides us awesome service, answers our questions resourcefully, and resolves our issues quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Of late, we are experiencing frequent issues with dropped calls, garbled audio, etc. You’d think they have fired their older staff and hired inexperienced new employees. I’m not sure if this is true but their product and service quality has gone down of late.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
8x8 integrates smoothly with our Salesforce system and works well most of the time. This has helped us to save money as we do not have to buy hard phones for each workstation and we have also made the desktop stations smaller as they do not have to host extra electronics.
