What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that it is easy to manage users, phones, and features. Previously, we were paying much more for an outdated platform that needed a terminal to program. 8x8 offers us many more features and we do not have to micromanage the app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do not have any complaints. The vendor could make it easier to schedule a ring group. It is preferable to have our main line answered live during business hours. For after hours, calls can be diverted to auto-attendant without needing reception to remember to set up DND.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I like the fact that with 8x8 we can easily add users in multiple office locations. Plus, it offers unified communications which was not available with our old system.
