What are the best aspects of this product?
none that I can see. For small business just get a google voice for free and be done wasting your time with a company like this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Dashboard is extremely convoluted and time consuming. It was developed with no idea of the client end access in mind. A needless training or vidoe through this quagmire is also inefficient. Maybe this was made for over 90 CEO\'s who have nothing better to do than sit on the phone through all the useless features and setup.. but this company needs to come into the 21st Century. This looks liek something that was developed 30 years ago.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
a real ease of use GUI, and efficent address of client needs, not convulouted nonsense and being shuffled from rep to rep.
