PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

They offer a lot of features, including both extensions and individuals lines, an auto attendant, physical phones, computer apps, and phone apps. They also have a meeting feature for individuals within the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They promise some features that may later be rescinded, such as the promise that all phone lines will have associated fax numbers. Thankfully, my business did not need as many fax lines as we initially thought. Further, their customer service is honestly the worst that I have come across. When a computer app did not work, I had to contact the company multiple times, including more than 24 hours after the "case was escalated." Now it has been almost two weeks without working service to one of our numbers via this app and no one has offered to remedy the problem after tech support was unable to help. You can tell that the staff are used to getting complaints because there is a very neutral, "Oh, I do apologize" each time you express frustration but no attempt to provide a solution.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see products that provide uninterrupted and clear calls.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been attempting to address a problem with the company for 9 days now, and after two tech calls, they have stopped responding to me. No problems solved yet.
