What are the best aspects of this product?

It works well with cellphones. This is great since most of our employees work remotely. Having the ability to integrate into our phones made it easier for us to reach customers. It is truly a great help to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having so many features made it a bit hard to set up. It worked well in the end though because, after set up, everything went smoothly.
